Sony Ericsson-K850i Problems

At 12:28 p.m. Pacific Std Time, I was told that my phone is out of warranty. By three weeks. 'Andrew' tried helping me with my keypad issue. He suggested to re-install the update software. It didn't work. I spoke to 'Juaquin' who helped me find out that my phone is out of my 1 year warranty. 'George' his supervisor explained that there is nothing that they can do.
Obviously, I am not happy. I also discovered that 'Sony Style' is not part of Sony Ericsson. Go figure. I purchased this 'wonderful' $500.00 phone through them. They just referred me back to Sony Ericsson.
I will never purchase a Sony Ericsson phone ever again. When I first purchased the phone, I had set up problems with my internet and other software issues. Please pass this along to the next highest supervisor. I only hope that something can be done with in reason. I am usually a patient person, but I have come to hit the wall with this product, and I probably will not recomend it to anyone.
