Week in review

This week started off with the usual Sunday long trail run. Just a little warm in the morning son I figured I would take it easy. Yeah, right! Upon the start at East Canyon trail entrance, I noticed another runner blaze on by. Reminded me of a type of runner from "Born to Run". So I kept right with him and ran past him after One Tree Hill. Thursday was the College of the Canyons Race Series #3 and ran 20:30.9. Getting a little faster, but faster!
Friday ended with the first brush fire of the season. Off Calgrove and I hope brother Michael's house is okay.
